The Angeles Chorale concludes its 51st season with Bernstein & Lang, an inspiring finale celebrating two iconic voices of modern choral music: Leonard Bernstein and david lang. This culminating performance showcases the ensemble’s expressive range through works of dazzling energy, profound tenderness, and emotional storytelling.
Audiences will experience Bernstein’s radiant Chichester Psalms and a vivid choral suite from West Side Story, paired with David Lang’s hauntingly beautiful The Little Match Girl Passion, a modern masterwork recognized for its clarity, intimacy, and emotional depth.
